Municipalidad Provincial de Sechura

ARTÍCULO 1°.- DESIGNAR A LA UNIDAD DE CONTROL PATRIMONIAL como la UNIDAD ORGÁNICA RESPONSABLE DEL CONTROL PATRIMONIAL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE SECHURA, en consecuencia, ENCARGUESE AL JEFE DE LA UNIDAD DE CONTROL PATRIMONIAL ejercer funciones inherentes a su cargo, teniendo la responsabilidad de ejecutar correctamente los procesos técnicos y procedimientos administrativos que le son facultados mediante Ley N° 29151 y Decreto Supremo N° 007-2008-VIVIENDA, que aprueban la Ley General de Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales y su Reglamento.
