ARTÍCULO 1o.- APROBAR Y EJECUTAR LA FICHA TECNICA: "CONSTRUCCIÓN DE ROMPEMUELLES Y SEÑALIZACIÓN EN LAS INTERSECCIONES DE LA AV. LOS EUCALIPTOS CON CALLE LAS DALIAS Y CALLE ICA EN LA PROVINCIA DE SECHURA-PIURA", por un monto de S/. 13, 467.18 (Trece Mil Cuatrocientos Sesenta y Siete con 18/100 Soles), con un plazo de ejecución de Quince (15) días Calendarios, por ejecución PRESUPUESTARIA DIRECTA, conforme a los considerandos expuestos en la parte resolutiva de la presente resolución.
