RESOLVER de FORMA PARCIAL el CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE CONSULTORIA N° 039-2021-MPS/GAF, suscrito con el Ingeniero Civil ANQUIPA HUAROC VICTOR HUGO, con RUC N° 10200799068. cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA PARA PRESTAR EL SERVICIO DE RESIDENTE DE OBRA PARALA EJECUCION DEL PROYECTO: “CONSTRUCCION DE AMBIENTE ADMINISTRATIVO; EN EL(LA) TERMINAL TERRESTRE INTERPROVINCIAL EN LA LOCALIDAD SATIPO DISTRITO DE SATIPO, PROVINCIA SATIPO, DEPARTAMENTO JUNIN” con CUI N° 2514417, por el monto de SI 5,382.00 [Cinco Mil Trescientos Ochenta y Dos con 00/100 Soles] correspondiente al saldo restante del monto contractual total', de acuerdo a Io sustentado por el área usuaria [Sub Gerencia de Obras Publicas y Gerencia de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura] y el área técnica encargada de contrataciones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo [Sub Gerencia de Logística]: por haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164 del RLCE. y los fundamentos del orden factico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolution.
