RESOLVER la FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE CONSULTARIA DE OBRA N°012-2024-MPS/GM,suscrito entre la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo y el CONSORCIO SATIPO, cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTARIA DE OBRA PARA LA SURPERVICION DE LA OBRA: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIOS DE ESPACIOS PUBLICOS URBANOS EN LA PLAZA PRINCIPAL SATIPO, DISTITO DE SATIPO DE LA PROVINCIA DE SATIPO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNIN" con CUI N°2615232; en merito a lo sustentado por el área usuaria [Sub Gerencia de Obras Publicas] en el informe N°1264-2025-MPS/GDUI-SGOP e informe N°01375-2025-MPS/GDI-SGOP y del área técnica encargada de la contratación de la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo [Sub Gerencia de Logística] en el informe N°01407-2025-MPS/SGL; al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) y b) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; y por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución
