RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE COMPRA - GUIA DE INTERNAMIENTO N°0219- 2025, perfeccionado a nombre del proveedor TEJADA CHACON BERNARDO, con RUC N°10480290572, cuyo objeto es la ADQUISICION DE LLANTAS PARA MAQUINARIAS PESADAS DE LA OBRA: MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD VIAL INTERURBANA EN EL CAMINO VECINAL ALTO SAN PASCUAL - C.N. SANTA ROSA DE CHIRIARI CON CODIGO DE RUTA R120687 EN LOS DISTRITO DE SATIPO, DISTRITO DE MAZAMARI DE LA PROVINCIA DE SATIPO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNIN, CON CUI N°2626472, por el monto de S/ 4,523.51 (Cuatro Mil Quinientos Veintitrés con 51/100 soles), al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal b) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; y por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución
