RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA N° 04-2023- MPS/MPS, suscrito entre la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo y el CONSORCIO DEFENSA PANGA, cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA PARA LA REFORMULACION DEL EXPEDIENTE TECNICO DEL PROYECTO: “CREACION DE LOS SERVICIOS DE PROTECCION EN LA MARGEN IZQUIERDA DEL RIO PANGA EN LA C.N. PANGA, DISTRITO DE MAZAMARI, PROVINCIA DE SATIPO - JUNIN”, con CUI N° 2337802, por el monto de S/. 150 (Ciento Cincuenta Mil con oo/1oo soles); en merito a Io sustentado por el area usuaria )SUB GERENCIA DE OBRAS PUBLICAS y el area tecnica encargada de contrataciones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo [Sub Gerencia de Logística; por haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) del numeral 164.1. Satipo [Sub Gerencia de Logística]; por haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) del numeral 164.1. del articulo 164 del RLCE, y los fundamentos del orden factico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución
