RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA N° 023-2024- MPS/GM, suscrito con el contratista ING. BRAVO GALVEZ HERBERT JORGE, con RUG N° 10201212800, cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA PARA LA SUPERVISION DE LA OBRA: “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD VIAL INTERURBANA EN EL CAMINO VECINAL ALTO SAN PASCUAL - C.N. SANTA ROSA DE CHIRIARI CON CODIGO DE RUTA R120687 EN LOS DISTRITO DE SATIPO, DISTRITO DE MAZAMARI DE LA PROVINCIA DE SATIPO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNIN”, CON N° 2626472 - I ETAPA, por el monto de S/ 40,100.00 [Cuarenta Mil Cien con 00/100 Soles]; de acuerdo a Io sustentado por el área usuaria [Sub Gerencia de Obras Publicas] y el área técnica encargada de contrataciones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo [Sub Gerencia de Logística]; por haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) del numeral 164.1 del Articulo 1640 del RLCE; y los fundamentos del orden factico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
