RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS N° 039-2023-MPS/GM, suscrito con el contratista Sr. CCANTO ROJAS WALTER RAUL, con RUC N° 10205712939, cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE MANO DE OBRA CALIFICADA (MAESTRO DE OBRA) PARA CONSTRUCCIONES Y AFINES, PARA LA CONSTRUCCION DE PUENTE SOBRE EL RIO PUCUTA EN EL CENTRO POBLADO INTERANDINO DEL DISTRITO DE PANGOA, PROVINCIA DE SATIPO, REGIÓN JUNIN”, por el monto de S/15,000.00; de acuerdo a Io sustentado por el área usuaria [Gerencia de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura] y el área técnica encargada de contrataciones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Satipo [Sub Gerencia de Logística]; por haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal b) del Numeral 164.1 del Articulo 164° del RLCE; por los fundamentos del orden factico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
