RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE COMPRA - GUIA DE INTERNAMIENTO N° 000568 -OCAM N° 2020-301090-580-0, suscrito con el proveedor QBA SOCIEDAD ANONIMA CERRADA - QBA S.A.C., con Ruc N° 20541528092, cuyo objeto es la ADQUISIClÓN DE IMPRESORA MULTIFUNCIONAL LASER PARA LA SUB GERENCIA DE GESTIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE AGUA Y SANEAMIENTO DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE SATIPO, al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
