RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE COMPRA - GUIA DE INTERNAMIENTO N° 000175- OCAM N° 2020-301090-521-0, suscrito con el proveedor STC CONTINENTAL S.A.C., con Ruc N° 20604227004, cuyo objeto es LA ADQUISICIÓN DE TONER HP - CONSUMIBLES PARA LA SUB GERENCIA DE LOGISTICA DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE SATIPO, al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal a) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
