RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE COMPRA - GUIA DE INTERNAMIENTO N" 0000157, suscrito con el proveedor MANUEL JHOEL BALLONA OLIVARES, cuyo objeto es la ADQU1SICION DE 06 UNIDADES DE CAMISETA DE ALGODÓN PIMA UNISEX MANGA CORTA - NACIONAL, PARA EL ÓRGANO DE CONTROL INSTITUCIONAL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE SATIPO, al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal b) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; por los fundamentos del orden factico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
