RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA N° 012- 2023-MPS/GM, suscrito con ROGER WILMER MORAN ATAO, cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA DE OBRA PARA LA SUPERVISION DE LA OBRA: “MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CARRETERA VECINAL TRAMO PUENTE VALLE QUEMPIRI - BOCA RIO KINKORI, DISTRITO DE RIO TAMBO, PROVINCIA DE SATIPO, DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNIN 2DA ETAPA”, con CUI N° 2525493; al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el numeral 164.4 del articulo 164" del Reglamento de la LCE, de conformidad con el articulo 36" de la LCE; por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
