RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE CONSULTORIA N° 088- 2022-MPS/GM, suscrito con el contratista JWH INGENIERIA & CONTRUCCION S.A.C., cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORÍA PARA LA FORMULACIÓN DEL ESTUDIO DE PRE INVERSIÓN DEL PROYECTO: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE MOVILIDAD URBANA EN LAS VÍAS LOCALES DEL JIRÓN CONCORDIA DE LA CUADRA 08 A LA CUADRA 13 DEL DISTRITO DE SATIPO, PROVINCIA DE SATIPO, DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNÍN", al haberse configurado la causa) establecida en el literal b) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; por los fundamentos del orden táctico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de 4 la presente Resolución.
