RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DECONSULTORIA N° 037-2022-MPS/GM, suscrito con el contratista VARGAS QUIJADA RUBEN DARIO, cuyo objeto es la CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA PARA LA ELABORACIONDE LA LIQUIDAC1ON T^CNICA ¥ FINANCIERA PARA EL PROYECTO: “CONSTRUCClON DEINFRAESTRUCTURA COMPLEMENTARIA DE LA INSTITUClON EDUCATIVA DEL NIVELINICIAL N°140 - SATIPO, PROVICIA DE SATIPO, DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNIN” CON CUI N°2079422, al haberse configurado la causal establecida en el literal b) del numeral 164.1 del articulo 164° del RLCE; porlos fundamentos del orden factico y jurídico expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
