Se RESUELVA de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE BIENES N° 001-2022-MPS/GM, cuyo objeto es la ADQUISICIÓN DE SELECCIONADORA ELECTRONICA MULTIGRANOS PARA EL PROYECTO: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE APOYO AL DESARROLLO PRODUCTIVO PARA LA ARTICULACIÓN COMERCIAL DE CAFES ORGANICOS Y CONVENCIONALES EN 5 DISTRITOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE SATIPO - JUNIN" por haber incumplido injustificadamente sus obligaciones contractuales, legales o reglamentarias a su cargo, pese a haber sido requerido para ello, según el literal a) del numeral 164.1. del artículo 164° del RLCE.
