DEJAR SIN EFECTO, la Resolución Gerencial N°0246-2020-MPS/GM, de fecha 30 de diciembre de 2020, mediante al cual resolvió en su ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR el adicional N°01, del CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS N°036-2020-GAF/MPS, por PRESTACIONES ADICIONALES, conforme al articulo 157° del RLCE, ascendente a S/ 388,196.46 [Trescientos Ochenta y Ocho Mil Ciento Noventa y Seis con 46/100 soles] para el "MANTENIMIENTO PERIODICO Y RUTINARIO DE LOS TRAMOS (SEGUN CODIGOS DE RUTA R1206101, R1206107, R1206109, R1206117 y R1206113) DE LOS CAMINOS VECINALES DEL DISTRITO DE PAMPA HERMOSA, PROVINCIA DE SATIPO, DEPARTAMENTO DE JUNIN", conforme a los argumentos esgrimidos en el informe N° 1654-2021-MPS/SGL, de fecha 30 de diciembre de 2021, emitido por la Sub Gerencia de Logística.
