SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: DECLARAR PROCEDENTE el Recurso de Nulidad
Interpuesto por el Consorcio Orus sobre la Resolución Gerencial N? 10-2023-GM,
de fecha 09 de marzo del 2023, que resuelve de manera total el Contrato el
contrato N? 02-202 1-MDS-GM de la obra: “CREACION DE LOS SERVICIOS DE
COMERCIALIZACIÓN PARA EL MERCADO DE ABASTOS DE PRODUCTOS DE PRIMERA NECESIDAD EN
LA CIUDAD DE SAPILLICA DEL DISTRITO DE SAPILLICA — PROVINCIA DE AYABACA —
DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: DEJAR SIN EFECTO, la Resolución
Gerencial N* 10-2023-GM, de fecha 09 de marzo del 2023, que resuelve de forma
total el Contrato el contrato N? 02-2021-MDS-GM de la obra: “CREACION DE LOS
SERVICIOS DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN PARA EL MERCADO DE ABASTOS DE PRODUCTOS DE PRIMERA
NECESIDAD EN LA CIUDAD DE SAPILLICA DEL DISTRITO DE SAPILLICA — PROVINCIA DE
AYABACA - DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA
ARTICULO TERCERO: ENCARGAR, a la Gerencia
Municipal, Sub Gerencia de Desarrollo Urbano Rural y demás unidades orgánicas el
fiel cumplimiento de la presente resolución de Alcaldía
ARTICULO CUARTO:
ENCARGAR a la Oficina de Secretaría General la notificación da la presente
Resolución; asimismo encargar al Área de Informática y Soporte Técnico la
publicación de la presente resolución en el Portal Institucional de la entidad
/Iwww.gob.pe/munisapillic:
