Municipalidad Provincial del Santa

SE RESUELVE:
ARTICULO ÚNICO: DECLARESE la SEPARACIÓN CONVENCIONAL; solicitada
por, el Señor JAIME ORLANDO REYES PAREDES y la Señora NAYDU LUCERO LLANOS PONCE;
en consecuencia, dispóngase la suspensión de los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación; quedando
subsistente el vinculo matrimonial, acorde a lo establecido en el Art. 332º del Código Civil;
