APROBAR la Ampliación de Plazo solicitada para el CONTRATO DE BIENES N°29-2023- MPSR-J, ADJUDICACIÓN SIMPLIFICADA N°006-2023-MPSR-J-1, de fecha 06 de julio del 2023, el cual comprende la "ADQUISICIÓN DE MATERIAL DE RELLENO SELECCIONADO PUESTO EN OBRA" para el PIP: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE ESPACIOS PÚBLICOS URBANOS EN LA URBANIZACIÓN SANTO TOMAS DEL DISTRITO DE JULIACA — PROVINCIA DE SAN ROMÁN — DEPARTAMENTO DE PUNO", por un total de 45 DÍAS CALENDARIOS, por CAUSAL DE FALTA DE PRONUNCIAMIENTO DE LA ENTIDAD.
