CONFORMAR el Comité de Selección para conducir el Procedimiento de Selección Adjudicación Simplificada N° 003-2025-MDSP/CS – 1 - CONTRATACIÓN DE SUMINISTRO, INSTALACIÓN Y MONTAJE DE ESTRUCTURA METÁLICA DE MERCADO DE ABASTOS A TODO COSTO (MATERIALES, HERRAMIENTAS, EQUIPOS, MANO DE OBRA ESPECIALIZADA Y NO ESPECIALIZADA) PARA LA OBRA “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE ACCESIBILIDAD A LA ADQUISICIÓN DE PRODUCTOS DE PRIMERA NECESIDAD EN EL MERCADO DE ABASTOS DEL DISTRITO DE SAN PABLO – PROVINCIA DE CANCHIS – DEPARTAMENTO DE CUSCO”; en merito al numeral 43.1 y 43.2 del artículo 43, numeral 44.1 y 44.2 del artículo 44 del Reglamento de la Ley N° 30225, Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 344-2018-EF, modificado por el Decreto Supremo N° 234-2022-EF; el mismo queda conformado de la siguiente forma:
