ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - CONFORMAR el COMITÉ DE CONVOCATORIA, SELECCIÓN Y CONTRATACIÓN DE PERSONAL BAJO EL RÉGIMEN LABORAL DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N°1057, CONVOCATORIA EXCEPCIONAL CAS N° 01-2026-MPSM para el ejercicio fiscal 2026 de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Marcos, la misma que deberá estar integrada de la siguiente manera:
