DECLARAR, la SEPARACIÓN CONVENCIONAL del Sr. JUAN MANUEL VALDEZ CARDENAS y la Sra. CRISTINA FIGUERAS FUENTES, suspendiéndose los deberes relativos al lecho y habitación y por fenecido el Régimen Patrimonial de Gananciales, quedando subsistente el vínculo matrimonial.
