ARTICULO PRIMERO:- APROBAR, LA ORDENANZA QUE REGULA LAICLUSIÓN DE SANCIONES AL CUADRO ÚNICO DE SANCIONES (RAS) PARA LA FERIA INTERNACIONAL DEL SEÑOR CAUTIVO, DESDE EL 01 DE OCTUBRE HASTA EL 20 DE OCTUBRE DEL 2025”, de acuerdo a los informes técnicos emitidos por las áreas responsables de esta entidad.
