ARTICULO PRIMERO. - APROBAR, el Expediente de Contratación del Procedimiento de selección CONTRATACION DIRECTA N° 09-2025-MPA-OEC-1, PARA LA ADQUISICION DE ALCANTARILLA TMC PARA LA MITIGACION A CORTO PLAZO DE EMERGENCIAS POR LLUVIAS EN EL AMBITO DEL DISTRITO DE AYABACA, PROVINCIA DE AYABACA, DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA, EN EL MARCO DEL DECRETO SUPREMO N° 0024-2025-PCM, por el monto de S/. 63, 750.00 (Sesenta y tres mil setecientos cincuenta con 00/100 soles), con precios vigentes a la aprobación del expediente de contratación, que incluye gastos generales, Utilidad e IGV, bajo el Sistema de Contratación a Suma Alzada
