ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - APROBAR la Liquidación de la ADENDA N°01-2023 al CONTRATO N°012-2023-MPA-GM: SERVICIOS, PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN ADJUDICACIÓN SIMPLIFICADA N°08-2023-MPA-CS-1 PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA, CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE "MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO CAMINO
VECINAL NO PAVIMENTADO, TRAMO: EMP.PI-708 FRÍAS-POCLUS BAJO-SAN JORGE-DISTRITO DE FRÍAS PROVINCIA DE AYABACA - PIURA" (L=26.50 KM) por el monto de S/. 125,305.25 (Ciento Veinticinco Mil Trecientos Cinco Con 25/100 Soles), equivalente al 100% del monto contractual, de conformidad con los Informes
Técnicos e Informe Legal de las Gerencias Responsables.
