Municipalidad Provincial de Piura

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR LA CELEBRACIÓN DEL CONVENIO DE COOPERACIÓN INTERINSTITUCIONAL ENTRE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE LA UNIÓN Y LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE PIURA, EN MATERIA DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE DE AMBITO PROVINCIAL, conforme a los fundamentos expuestos en los considerandos del presente Acuerdo Municipal.

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- AUTORIZAR al Dr. Gabriel Antonio Madrid Orue, Alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial de Piura, en el marco de sus competencias, atribuciones y funciones, suscriba el CONVENIO DE COOPERACIÓN INTERINSTITUCIONAL ENTRE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE LA UNIÓN Y LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE PIURA, EN MATERIA DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE DE AMBITO PROVINCIAL, conforme a los fundamentos expuestos en los considerandos del presente Acuerdo Municipal.
