ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- Declarar IMPROCEDENTE, la solicitud del Adicional N° 01, del Servicio de Supervisión de la Obra: “REHABILITACIÓN DE REDES DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO DE LA URBANIZACIÓN SAN RAMÓN, DISTRITO DE PIURA, PROVINCIA DE PIURA - PIURA”, solicitada por el Contratista CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR PERÚ, a través del Expediente de Registro Nº 0014001, de fecha 11 de junio de 2021 - Carta N° 088-2021 – CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR PERÚ, presentada por el contratista CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR PERÚ, conforme a los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
