INICIAR EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE NULIDAD DE OFICIO DEL ACTA DE RECEPCIÓN DE OBRA DE LA OBRA: ?REHABILITACIÓN DE LA AV. BOLOGNESI ENTRE AV. SAN MARTÍN Y ÓVALO BOLOGNESI I ETAPA, DISTRITO DE PIURA, PROVINCIA DE PIURA, REGIÓN PIURA?, de fecha 09 de agosto de 2019, por incurrir en la caINICIAR EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE NULIDAD DE OFICIO DEL ACTA DE RECEPCIÓN DE OBRA DE LA OBRA: ?REHABILITACIÓN DE LA AV. BOLOGNESI ENTRE AV. SAN MARTÍN Y ÓVALO BOLOGNESI I ETAPA, DISTRITO DE PIURA, PROVINCIA DE PIURA, REGIÓN PIURA?, de fecha 09 de agosto de 2019, por incurrir en la causal de nulidad contenida en el numeral 1 del artículo 10º del TEXTO ÚNICO ORDENADO DE LA LEY Nº 27444 - LEY DEL PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO GENERAL, aprobado mediante Decreto Supremo Nº 004-2019-JUS, conforme a los considerandos expuestos en la presente resolución causal de nulidad contenida en el numeral 1 del artículo 10º del TEXTO ÚNICO ORDENADO DE LA LEY Nº 27444 - LEY DEL PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO GENERAL, aprobado mediante Decreto Supremo Nº 004-2019-JUS, conforme a los considerandos expuestos en la presente resolución.
