APROBAR la CONTRATACION DIRECTA N" 001-?025-MDP/OEC, para la ADQUISICION DE COMBUSTIBLE DIESEL "85 S50" - (2,934 galones) por un valor estimado de SI 48,997 .80 (Cuarenta y Ocho Mil Novecientos Noventa y Siete con 80/100 soles; para la EJECLICION DE INTERVENCIONES DE EMERGENCIAS DESENCADENADAS A CONSECUENCIAS DE INTENSAS· PRECIPITACIONES PLUVIALES Y PELIGRO (S) INMINENTE(S). PARA TOMAR MEDIDAS Y ACCIONES DE RESPUESTA, INMEDIATAS Y NECESARIAS, POR PELIGROS GENERADOS POR FENOMENOS DE ORIGEN NATURAL EN EL DISTRITO DE PICHANAQUI, PROVINCIA DE CHANCHAMAYO, REGION JIJNIN en el marco del Decreto Supremo N° 007-2025-PCM; bajo la CAUSAL de SITUACION DE EMERGENCIA DERIVADA DE ACONTECIMIENTO CATASTROFICO - ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA POR PELIGRO INMINENTE ANTE INTENSAS PRECIPITACIONES PLUVIALES; de conformidad al inCi$0 b} del numeral 27.1) del artículo 27° del TUO de la Ley N11 3022b - Ley de Contrataciones del estado - aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 082-2019-EF. concordante con el sub literal b.1) del literal b) del articulo 100º del Decreto Supremo N° 334-2018-EF • Reglamento de la Ley N° 30225 - Ley de Contrataciones del estado; y numeral 1 O 1.2) del articulo 101 º del Decreto Supremo Nº 334-?018-EF - Reglamento de la Ley Nº 30225-Ley de Contrataciones del estado:
