ARTÍCULO PRIMERO - APROBAR LA NULIDAD de los ACUERDOS DE CONCEJO N° 011-2018-CMP; N° 019-2018-CMP; N°029-2018-CMP; N° 033-2018-CMP; N° 049-2018-CMP, por tanto, la Secretaría General de esta comuna debe registrar en sus archivos que DICHOS ACUERDOS ESTAN NULOS Y SIN EFECTO LEGAL.
