Resolución de Gerencia Municipal N.° 111-2024-GM/MDP

SE RESUELVE:
ARTICULO PRIMERO. - RESOLVER EN FORMA TOTAL la ORDEN DE SERVICIO N°00255-2024-MDP/GAF, suscrito con INDUSTRIA GRAFICA SELVA SAC, cuyo objeto es la "SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO Y CORRECTIVO DE LA FOTOCOPIADORA KONICA MINOLTA. INCLUIDO MATERIALES DE LA SUB GERENCIA DE OBRAS PUBLICAS; al haberse configurado la causal del numeral 164.1 del articulo 1649 literal a) del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones; en merito a los argumentos expuestos en el Considerando de la presente Resolución.
