ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - EXPRESAR a nombre de la Municipalidad Provincial de Melgar representado por su Alcalde CPC. Rosell Nilver Mamani Hancco y el Concejo Municipal en pleno, EL SALUDO y FELICITACIÓN a REDES DE SALUD-MELGAR, representado por Directora Obstetra KARIM CASTRO QUILLY, al cuerpo médico y a todo el personal de salud por su "II" Aniversario de Institucionalización de la Red de Salud de Melgar
