Acuerdo de Concejo Ordinario N.° 040-2025-MDM.

SE ACUERDA:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DISPENSAR el pase a Comisiones el Informe Legal Nº 214 -2025-MDM-GAJ, emitido por la Gerencia de Asesoría Jurídica.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- APROBAR el desistimiento de la Municipalidad Distrital de Manantay como Unidad Formuladora (UF) y Unidad Ejecutora de Inversiones (UEI), y transferir dichas competencias exclusivas al Gobierno Regional de Ucayali, de los siguientes proyectos:
ARTÍCULO TERCERO.- AUTORIZAR al Señor Alcalde la suscripción del CONVENIO, PARA LA FORMULACIÓN, EVALUACIÓN Y
EJECUCIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA DE COMPETENCIA MUNICIPAL EXCLUSIVA ENTRE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE MANANTAY Y EL GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE UCAYALI, EN CUYO MARCO SE CONSIDERA COMO IDEAS DE PROYECTO: “CREACION DEL SERVICIO DE MOVILIDAD URBANA EN LA AV. CORPORACIÓN DESDE LA AV. TUPAC
AMARU HASTA LA AV. LLOQUE YUPANQUI EN EL AA.HH. MARCO JARA DISTRITO DE MANANTAY DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORONEL PORTILLO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE UCAYALI" CUI 2620117 y “CREACION DEL SERVICIO DE MOVILIDAD URBANA EN EL (PUENTE LOS LIRIOS) EN EL AA.HH LOS JARDINES DE MANANTAY EN EL DISTRITO DE MANANTAY DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORONEL PORTILLO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE UCAYALI" CUI 2598023; y demás actos que refieran al cumplimiento de la
finalidad aprobada, tanto los actos preparatorios como decisorios finales.
