“ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL QUE DISPONE LA CONFORMACION DEL COMITÉ DISTRITAL DE SALUD DEL DISTRITO DE MANANTAY’’.
SE DISPONE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR LA “ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL QUE DISPONE LA CONFORMACION DEL COMITÉ
DISTRITAL DE SALUD DEL DISTRITO DE MANANTAY- CDS, Instancia de Coordinación Interinstitucional del Sistema Nacional de Salud.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- CONFORMAR el Comité Distrital de Salud del Distrito de Manantay - CDS, Instancia de Coordinación Interinstitucional del Sistema Nacional de Salud, que está integrado por los siguientes miembros:
