Acuerdo de Concejo N.° 016-2025-MDM.

SE ACUERDA:
ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DISPENSAR el pase a Comisiones el Informe Legal Nº 087 -2025-MDM-GAJ, emitido por la Gerencia
de Asesoría Jurídica.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- APROBAR la ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL QUE ESTABLECE BENEFICIOS EXTRAORDINARIOS DE OBLIGACIONES TRIBUTARIAS Y NO TRIBUTARIAS A FAVOR DE LOS CONTRIBUYENTES DEL DISTRITO DEMANANTAY; la misma que comprende nueve artículos y ocho disposiciones complementarias finales; cuya entrada en vigencia sería a partir del 07 de abril hasta el 30 de junio del 2025.
