APROBAR :a SUSTITUCIÓN del Ingeniero Civil LUIS ENRIQUE GARCIA GAONA, por el Ingeniero WBLOAN HENRI LIPA ORTiZ, con registro CIP N'’ 86780 como SUPERVISOR DE OBRA, de la obra denominada “MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACIÓN DEL SERVICIO EDUCATIVO DE LA I,E. CIUDAD MAJES MODULO C NIVEL PRIMARIA MODULO “C” DE CIUDAD DE MAJES, DISTRITO DE MAJES PROVINCIA CAYLLOMA, DEPARTAMENTO DE AREQUIPA", ello conforme a lo oplnado por el Jefe del departamento de Obras Públicas y Supervisión, así como por el Sub Gerente de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural.
