DELEGAR las ATRIBUCIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS como también las ATRIBUCIONES DE LA LEY DE CONTRATACIONES DEL ESTADO del alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial de Luya-Lámud, al GERENTE MUNICIPAL, don ROIBERT PEPITO MENDOZA REYNA, identificado con DNI N° 33431736, a partir del 02 de enero del 2025; de conformidad con la Ley N° 27972 “Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades”.
