ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - APROBAR la Prestación Adicional de Obra Nº 01 ascendente a S/ 121,300.44 (Ciento Veintiún Mil Trescientos con 44/100 Soles) y el Deductivo Vinculante Nº 01 ascendente a S/. 121,890.44 (Ciento Veintiún Mil Ochocientos Noventa con 44/100 Soles) del Contrato Nº 010-2023-MLV para la ejecución de la Obra “REPARACION DE PAVIMENTO Y VEREDA; EN EL (LA) PSJ. JUAN CARBONE, JR. V. TRISTAN DE ECHENIQUE, JR. GENERAL VALDES, JIRON SAN CRISTOBAL, AVENIDA PARQUE 12 DE OCTUBRE Y JIRON LOS CHANCAS EN LA LOCALIDAD LA VICTORIA, DISTRITO DE LA VICTORIA, PROVINCIA LIMA, DEPARTAMENTO LIMA”, con CUI Nº 2592460.
