SE RESUELVE:

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - DECLARAR PROCEDENTE, le solicitud presentada por el representante Legal Común del CONSORCIO FAZOLA, sobre CAMBIO DE ESPECIALISTA AMBIENTAL de la obra: "CONSTRUCCIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE AGUA POTABLE, SISTEMA DE ALCANTARILLADO DEL C.P. LA MORADA, DISTRITO DE CHOLON MARAÑON - HUANUCO" CON CUI NO 2073692; conforme a los considerandos expuestos en la presente resolución.
