APROBAR, la "ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL QUE REGULA LA PROTECCIÓN Y MANEJO DE LAS MICROCUENCAS HIDROGRÁFICAS DE LA PROVINCIA DE LA MAR Y LOS RÍOS TOROBAMBA Y UCUSMAYO - DISTRITO DE SAN MIGUEL" el mismo que consta de dos (02) capitulos y veintidos (22) articulos, que como anexo forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.
