GUILLERMO FÉLIX PALACIOS SUAREZ, identificado con DNI N.° 45052552 y Registro ICAS N.° 0178, en el cargo de confianza de Secretario General de la Municipalidad Distrital de Lagunas, bajo el Régimen Laboral del Decreto Legislativo N.° 1057 - CAS, con las atribuciones, derechos y responsabilidades inherentes al cargo.
