APROBAR, la AMPLIACIÓN DE PLAZO N° 02 POR 60 DIAS CALENDARIOS, al CONTRATO N° 08-2024-SIE-OA-MPLC derivado del PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN DE SUBASTA INVERSA ELECTRONICA N°011-2024-OEC-MPLC/LC-01; sobre suministro de combustible, para la Actividad: (006) PATRULLAJE MUNICIPAL POR SECTOR - SERENAZGO DEL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA - LA CONVENCIÓN-CUSCO, presentado por el Contratista GRIFO MAFERI E.I.R.L, por la causal establecida en el Literal b) Numeral 158.1 del Artículo 158° el RLCE, (Por atrasos y/o paralizaciones no imputables al contratista) del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N°344-2018-EF.
