EXPRESAR, por ACUERDO DEL CONCEJO EN PLENO DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE LA CONVENCIÓN Y EL DESPACHO DE ALCALDIA, representado por su ALCALDE, Dr. ALEX CURÍ LEÓN, el SALUDO y la FELICITACION, por conmemorarse el 08 de diciembre del presente año, el “LXVI ANIVERSARIO DE LA GLORIOSA FEDERACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE CAMPESINOS DE LA CONVENCIÓN YANATILE Y LARES (FEPCACYL)”, representando por su Secretario General Sr. MOISÉS FRANCO HUAMÁN, y por su intermedio a su Comité Ejecutivo y todos su integrantes Luchadores Sociales de la Gloriosa Federación Provincial de Campesinos de La Convención Yanatile y Lares (FEPCACYL).
