DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE la solicitud del Adicional al Contrato N° 017-2020-UA-MPLC suscrito en fecha 17 de agosto del 2020, con el CONSORCIO DSK CONTRATISTAS Y CONSULTORES S.A.C. el cual tiene por objeto la ejecución del mantenimiento del camino vecinal TRAMO (0319) - MACAMANGO - MADRE SELVA, CARRETERA. DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCIÓN - DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO, por un monto de S/ 975,122.40 soles - incluye IGV, petición presentada mediante Carta N°026-2021 -CDSKCC por la Representante del CONSORCIO DSK CONTRATISTAS Y CONSULTORES S.A.C., en virtud de las consideraciones antes expuestas y al Informe N° 050-2021-JVT-INSPECTOR.
