Municipalidad Provincial de La Convención

APROBAR, la modificación por prestación Adicional N°01 al Contrato N° 034-2020-UA-MPLC suscrito con el CONSORCIO PINTOBAMBA, suscrito por un monto de S/133,908.80- incluido IGV, que tiene por objeto la inspección del mantenimiento de) camino vecinal:
▶ TRAMO MACAMANGO - MADRE SELVA CARRETERA. EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCION, DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO.
▶ TRAMO EMP. CU-808 - AJOAJUYOC - SERRANUYOC PUNTA CARRETERA, SERRANUYOC ALTO, EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCION, DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO.
▶ TRAMO EMP. PE-28 B SAMBARAY - PINTOBAMBA - MARGARITAYOC - CHAUPIMAYO B - SAN PEDRO CALDERA, EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCION, DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO.
▶ TRAMO CHAUPIMAYO B - SAMBARAY ALTO, SAMBARAY CENTRO, EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCION, DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO.
PRECISANDO que la modificación será a la cláusula cuarta del citado contrato, referente al TRAMO MACAMANGO - MADRE SELVA CARRETERA, EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA ANA, PROVINCIA DE LA CONVENCION, DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO, siendo el Adicional N° 01 por el monto de S/7,191.99 soles que representa el 5.37% del monto total del contrato original, dejando inalterables las demás cláusulas del contrato.
