APROBAR, PLAN DE SEGURIDAD Y CONTINGENCIA DEL III FESTIVAL DE LA PRIMAVERA, concluye de forma favorable su aprobación mediante acto resolutivo, de conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral 14.1 y 14.8 del artículo 14° en la Ley N° 29664, LEY QUE CREA EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE GESTION DEL RIESGO DE DESASTRES (SINAGERD).
