ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - DELEGAR al Abg. RUBÉN KATARY SAMAMÉ VELA, en su condición de Secretario General de esta Municipalidad Provincial de Mariscal Cáceres-Juanjuí, la facultad de celebrar el matrimonio civil de los contrayentes: Hugo Salazar Ruiz y Marli Maldonado Sajami, a realizarse el día viernes 21 de noviembre de 2025, a las 10.00am, en el Palacio Municipal.
