Dando cumplimiento al MANUAL DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LAS JUNTAS VECINALES DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA PROMOVIDAS POR LA POLICIA NACIONAL DEL PERU, teniendo en cuenta el TÍTULO II
CONFORMACIÓN DE LAS JUNTAS VECINALES DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA, Artículo 8°, 10°, 12°, 15°, 16° y el CAPITULO 2 APOYO LOGÍSTICO, Artículo 60°, el dia 27 de agosto del presente se implemento a la Junta Vecinal correspondiente al Barrio Perez, estando presentes los integrantes del mencionado barrio, contanto con la presencia del Lic. Angel Moises Huaman Mucha en su calidad de Presidente del COPROSEC - JAUJA y el CMDT PNP David Walter RAMIREZ PANTA.
