SE RESUELVE: ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - APROBAR el reconocimiento de deuda a favor del CONSORCIO SUPERVISION SANTA ROSA, pago por el servicio de supervisión de la valorización Nª 05 del Supervisor - correspondiente al periodo del 09 al 11 de octubre del 2024 de la obra: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD VEHICULAR Y PEATONAL DE LAS CALLES DEL CASERÍO DE SANTA ROSA, CENTRO POBLADO DE MONTERREY, DISTRITO DE INDEPENDENCIA- PROVINCIA DE HUARAZ - DEPARTAMENTO DE ANCASH", con CU! N° 2537834, por el monto de S/ 1,979.40 (Mil novecientos setenta y nueve con 40/ 100) incluido IGV, según INFORME N°0000445-2025-MDI/GI/G de fecha 16 de abril del 2025, informe de conformidad emitida por la Gerencia de Infraestructura. Asimismo, se indica que para fines de facturación se tendrá como OPERADOR TRIBUTARIO - 10316098610 - HERRERA COPITAN FIDEL JESUS, según CONTRATO Nº 28-2024-
MNDI/GM.
