DECLARAR la Separación Convencional de los cónyuges AQUINOHUARAZ ALBERTO MARIO y CHAVEZ SANCHEZ JUDITH ELENA, suspendiéndose los deberes relativosal lecho, habitación y fenecida la sociedad legal de gananciales, quedando subsistente el vínculomatrimonial, conforme lo establece el artículo 332° del Código Civil.
